Our bank has a strong base of internally developed predictive models which are in regular use in recurring commercial campaigns.

For this reason we approached the usage of SELLEA leads by testing their quality as a comparative-control-group in existing campaigns that offer same products. During the test period SELLEA leads proved to be selecting likely buyers equally-well and in some cases even better than our predictive models.

Based on these test results, we also deployed SELLEA selections into actual commercial campaigns for products where SELLEA provided stronger selections than our own. This enabled us to confirm the earlier results in real-life scenarios and also to capture the commercial benefit from our participation in the program. The performance of SELLEA leads in actual campaigns was as impressive as during the testing period.

We believe that SELLEA could help us further, after the completion of the Early Adopter Program, to periodically benchmark our predictive models. In cases where the benchmark shows that SELLEA leads outperform one of our models, usage of the leads provided by SELLEA for commercial campaigns will enable the bank to always exploit the full potential that our client-base provides and allow our CRM team much needed time to concentrate on improvements of predictive models that need intervention or re-development.

UniCredit Bank Serbia has been using SELLEA leads since the start of the Early Adopter Program and we have found SELLEA to be very reliable in returning high conversion rates from campaigns all major product offerings.

The contribution in overall sales made by SELLEA based campaigns was disproportionally high and returned more than 20 times better results in comparison with our standard sales process.We are especially satisfied with the results achieved in campaigns for selling our in-focus sales objectives: Credit Cards and cross-sell of Cash Loans.
